Kendra graduated from Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics in 1999.
I believe all massages are therapeutic and should be part of your health regimen. Massage is no longer a luxury it is a necessity.

Hot stone therapy is a highly detoxifying type of massage. The stones themselves actually become an extension of the hands, and the heat helps to relax the muscles and stimulate the circulation, allowing the toxins to come up to the surface of the skin.
I use various massage techniques on superficial and deeper layers of muscle thus bringing oxygen and other nutrients to body tissues.
My focus is to relieve muscle tension and pain, aid in the healing process, improve circulation, decrease muscle reflex activity and promote relaxation and well-being.
My body scrub is a popular treatment that exfoliates and hydrates your skin, leaving it smooth and soft. I use an exfoliting material such as sugar mixed with coconut oil leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
